Peachy-orange in colour. Aroma had lots of citrus, hoppy, some sweetness. Flavour had lots of oranges, peaches, some spices. Mild bitterness, medium body and mild carbonation. Finishes with a citrusy bitterness and a wonderful mouthfeel. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to my festivus master: Pours a hazy gold with a white creamy head. Aroma, floral and perfumey notes, some spices, honey. Flavor, some spices, pepper and cloves, lightly sweet malts, bready, spicy and herbal hops on the finish, perfumey throughout, and on the dry side. Very interesting.

12 oz bottle shared with toncatcher. Some earthy aromas with some spice in there too. Flavors were simple with malt background and touches of spice and a dry finish. Not bad.

On tap at the Beer Bistro - Toronto, Ontario. Pours a cloudy middle golden-orange, with a nice white foamy head. Interesting marmalade-like nose. Cooked orange rind. A bit of alcohol and some yeast. But, lots of marmalade. Flavor is coarser. Unique and yeast-inflected. Dry. There’s some wet, moldy malt character that comes through that I don’t enjoy. Also, some phenolic bitterness that gets a little heavy. Alright.

Thx to Jeremy for this one. Nice light spicing, some orange, malt, funk. Lots going on in the flavor. Clove, orange, tonic (this is the first time I’ve used this in a description in a good way), spicing. good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Ken and DougShoemaker. Cloudy amber color with lots of little floaties. Thin white head fades quickly. Some lacing. Aroma is pleasant, slightly fruity. Taste is malt and yeast. Slightly drying. Pleasant.

Bottle from Blankboy - thanks. Pours out an orange color without much of a head. Smell is some orange, and spice. Taste is sweet and pretty smooth. Perhaps not really what I was expecting from a saison, but it does the trick. A pretty good session beer really.
