Bomber. Pours amber, white head. Nose is strong orange, pine resin, caramel. Flavour is a hell of a lot of orange and pine resin with nice malt oomph. A really nice IIPA. Destroyed my sister’s palate, good job.

More of an English style IPA, not really a double in terms of bitterness. Malty flavour, amber/brown appearance. Head retention not terrific.

Bottle - Toffe and grapefruit hops with a bit of booze. Clear gold with a thin beige head. Resin, orange and caramel with a deep but appropriate. Not bad, but flavours are a bit plain.

Pours a nice copper with a medium offwhite head that leaves heavy lacing. Aroma of grapefruits and flowers, nice. Taste is heavily bitter but never harsh, I would even say that it is smooth. Citrus flavors for the most part but a little caramel in the back also. Carbonation is medium-high and mouthfeel a little sticky. I didn’t expect much and was pretty much blown away by what I got! Nice!

Pours a hazy manuka honey colour with a sticky white head that leaves behind good lacing. The aroma is malty, biscuity, bit of caramel with strong hop overtones of orange juice, grapefruit, and herbs. The flavour is pretty much a reflection of the aroma, really big on the orange juice, slight toasty malt note trails into the finish. Very enjoyable. Solid beer.

pours clear golden with a small white cap, some retention and lacing. strong pine and honey notes, fruity - spoil-ish kind of way, some caramel, brown sugar and maple sweetness, almost candi, pepper, bit of bubblegum and soap. average to moderate carbonation, medium body - oily and sticky, almost sweet and slightly harsh grassy-piney finish. almost barleywine here. ok..

650 mL bottle. Pours dark orangey copper with a nice off white head that leaves beautiful soapy lacing. Orange and grapefruit with a bit of caramel malt sweetness, sappy pine/herb notes. Medium bodied and on the dry end of the style. A nice coating mouth feel backed by balanced hop bitterness. A well made IIPA.

Bottle 22oz. Pours amber with very low off-white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, malt, fruits. Taste is of citrus, pine, grapefruit peel, malt, strong bitterness, sweet. Palate: medium-full bodied. Balance not too shabby. Overall: Good. A tad heavy but nothing out of control.

Bottle (22 oz). From TheJester, thanks! Clear golden/copper with a medium off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is of pine, caramel, malt, light citrus, light boozy notes and slight soap. Taste is moderately sweet with pine, citrus, caramel, malt, boozy notes, soap and moderate bitterness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily and dry mouthfeel. Good DIPA. A tad too sweet and boozy, but still decent balance and good drinkability. Well done.
