Pours a clear golden yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma is big citrus hop and orange peel. Taste is a great balance of orange peel citrus and intense bitterness from the citrus hops. This needs to be a regular brew. Great beer and so happy that it came from an Ontario brewery. More, more, more!!!

Bottle from LCBO. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of floral hops, lime chutney and caramel. Flavour of orange peel, grass and a peppery finish. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Very hoppy but lacking definition.

Second bottle, from LCBO, first one was drunk by the towels off the floor, the lucky bastards. Anyhoo, now that I’ve had the pleasure of actually pouring it and not dropping it on the floor (while completely sober, I might add), it appears deep, almost coppery amber, clear, with rather thick creamy white head. The aroma is... indicating this one’s going to be a bitter hop bomb... Extremely resiny, oily, citrus peel, etc...Tastes mellower, yet still resiny, hop oils and citrus peel, but the loads of malts (as seen in the deep dark colour) really balance the hops nicely. The result is a bit desserty - massively sweet, biscuity, fruity, but also, as said, very citric and resiny... Basically that’s how I like my DIPA-s. And the alcohol is fairly well hidden. Soft and full on the palate with extremely fine carbonation not without a certain fizziness. A lovely brew. Admittedly not amongst the most refined or elegant DIPA-s but certainly very enjoyable.

Very bitter and hoppy. Dank fruit. Dark copper pour from 22oz bottle in Banff. Not bad. A big mouthful for sure

22 oz bottle; unknown date. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Light grassy and citrusy aroma. Flavor has a mix of spicy, citrus, and grassy hoppiness, even a little tropical fruit, over some biscuity malt. It’s pretty good, really.

Pours deep copper with a nice size off white head that laces the glass. Good aroma of hops, pine and citrus. Strong taste of hops with side notes toasted wheat and a citrus fruit bitterness. Great beer.

Draught at The Craft Brasserie. Rich citrus/tropical hop bouquet, mandarin, pineapple, biscuit, marmalade, bitter finish. Pretty smooth and enjoyable iipa, cheers to 10 years of hoppiness!

Pours a clear copper color with a large tan head. Nose is extremely piney with a bit of dark cherry fruit and a bit of brown sugar. Faint smell. Not much to it at all. But it’s still kind of intriguing. Dry on the mouth at start then you get a fruity sweet mouthfeel and you end up with dry pretty hoppy finish. Very pleasant taste. Medium to full body. Very good

Middle aged man just built a new house and put a beer tap in. Christened it with "10 bitter Years" from Black Oak. Heady stuff that bites, smooths out with a tangy twang and then mule kicks you in the arse. On my way for my 2nd 30 Litre container of communal comfort.
