Nose is tons of bourbon, some molasses, figs, chocolate, dark ripe fruit. Full in the mouth with med to low carb. Taste is much like nose, but lasts for days. Alcohol is noticeable. Dark fruits more robust. Good beer but wish there was a bit more Belgian aspect and less bourbon.

Sample from 65 cl. bottle. Dark, unclear amber color with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, vanilla, wet wood, sweet ingredients like spices and marzipan. Taste is sweet with notes of vanilla, licorice, wood, some alcoholic sweetness. Full body. Long finish with dark fruits and spices. Excellent.
