Unique beer. Shit ton of brett on the nose - funky and sour with some herbal dank hop notes. Pours golden amber, thin head. The flavor is funky, lightly sour, lots of "farmhouse" notes - bitter danky hops, well carbonated, citrus tartness. Real interesting stuff here.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2011 Orange pour with a dense white head on it. Very nice brett sourness on the aroma, citrus tartnes, lots of funk, earth, floral notes. Not nearly as sour as it smells, but it still has a bit of tartness. Body is well carbonated and moderately light, has a nice citrus peel, earthy, herbal, and floral hop finish that is dry with no noticable alcohol burn.
