COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pour Les Oiseaux is a blend of complex earthy, fruity and light tannic flavors with a crisp and refreshing finish. Brewed with barley, wheat, rye and oats for a golden color and lightly spiced malt flavor. Earthy hay and wild yeast aromas mingle with light notes of Washington Wine Grapes.

[bottle] shared by Nate. Thanks! Pours clear gold with a dissipating soapy white head. Aroma is mineral/gravel, some sweet malt, honey, lightly floral, light brettiness, and yeast. Flavor is fairly sweet, nicely crackery, lightly vinous, light Brett. Would be nice to try this again in a couple of years.

Clear golden body, moderate size white head, just a few stray whisps. Prominent brett character, rye, spice, and faint white grapes. Similar flavor but rounded out by a tannic component that adds a bit of astringency. medium bodied, as noted above there is a tannic-astringency that isn’t properly complemented with an assertive enough fruit component... too much spice and brett. a few tweaks and this could be a pretty solid beer.

Big thanks to G311 and Damico for this one. Served in a mini tulip. Pours a nice golden color with a pretty good white head and a bit of lacing on the way down. The nose carries some background Brett and earth notes along with some yeasty spice and a touch of white grape. The flavor adds in a bit more grapes with some nice earthiness through the finish. Fairly dry and crisp. Really nicely done.

Pours clear golden in color with a subtle white head on top. The aroma is pleasant, sweet and just a bit spicy. The flavor is very dry with light spicy barrel notes and grapes lightly coming through.

750 ml bottle courtesy of bvc. The pour is a clear golden yellow, with not much of an off white head. The aroma is light yeastiness, predominantly clove, touch of grainy wheat, and the barnyard character of the Brett. Taste is big on the barnyard Brett flavor to start, shows some light citrus, then there is a huge blast of diacetyl. Particularly as it warms, diacetyl is the story. The palate is medium bodied, high active carbonation, and a big buttery finish. Really killed by the diacetyl. Too bad, I really like Black Raven and their beers. Thanks Brandon.
