On tap at the brewery. Pours pinky orange with minimal head. Earthy hop aroma with some pine. Taste, after initial pine flavor, is primarily bitter grapefruit peel that lingers and lingers. Not bad but it doesn’t seem like a pale to me.

Black Raven Brewery – Redmond, WA
Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice malt and hops balance. Light fruit flavors along with a good dry finish. This beer was easy drinking and very tasty.

Clear amber color with a white sheen. Nice pine sap hoppy aroma. medium body. Pine and grapefruit hop flavors on a thin caramel malt base. Nicely bitter finish. Not too bad.

On tap at Pike Place brewpub, pours a clear golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of pale malts and light floral hops. Flavour of floral hops mainly, with bready pale / crystal malts. Pretty standard but decently made.
