Tap at Brouwers. An IPA I could drink everyday. Amber with a nice lace. Strong woody hop nose. Very clean and crisp. A hoppy IPA. Woody and lite on the palate.

Solid well balanced IPA. Slightly sweet malt notes. Pine is primary hop note. Sufficient bitterness. Quite drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2009 Growler right from the brewery. Golden pour with a big frothy white head with good retention. Some visible carbonation. Nose is grassy and piney. Flavor is primarily resin and citrus hops with some sweetness. Grapefruit definitely comes through in the flavor, and I really like the smoothly bitter finish. A very tasty west coast IPA. Every time I try this I seem to want to rerate it higher.

Solid IPA. Deep gold hue with a lasting, lofty head and great lace. Crisp and rich on the tongue. Toasty malts with a subtle caramel sweetness and bread-dough aromas. Snappy hops from start to finish. Notes of grass, pine and flower petals. Citrus in the aftertaste (grapefruit, lemon). Healthy but balanced bitterness. Bold IPA, but it also has finesse.

One of My favorite WA brewers and IPA’s. What I love about this beer is the great use of quality malts and pack in the flavor of a balance hop on the back end. Will drink this every time.

Courtesy scrizzz. Copper/amber, off white head. All hops in the nose - grass and citrus with a ton of cannabis. More balanced in the flavor, a touch of sweetness. Moderate carbonation, dry and bitter finish. Dank, dry, driankable, could session this no problem. Solid IPA.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2009 Growler from Scrizz via Mys Swap 4 (big thanks!). Chilled in freezer for about 45 minutes to about 56f....Pours a near clear orange with a large chunky off white head. Nose is grapefruit and pine. Taste is more orange than grapefruit, although some gp does come through, some pine, apricot, pear. Is both fruity and hoppy for a very nice anti-astringant FINISH. Not a bitter hop bomb, but is very hoppy in the flavoring dept. Nice to see they saved most of the hops for the later part of the boil. Body is medium, finish and aftertaste are a long lingering bittersweet hoppiness. This is a very tasty IPA. One of the better ones i have had lately. Very VERY under-rated.

On tap at the brewery on 8-4-10. A very solid IPA. Pours a clear deep gold with a nice white head on top. Big hop aroma and firm bitterness. Slightly biscuit/toasty malt character in the background without being sweet or too heavy. Crisp and dry with a medium body. Finish is bitter and hoppy but does not linger leaving you wanting another sip. Very nice example of an American/West Coast IPA.
