Courtesy of markwise. Pours deep gold with thin white head. The aroma is hay and fruit then moving to spices and yeast. Seems inviting. The taste is soft and smooth with silky sweetness bleeding into apricot, apple, some plum and then a modest amount of tart tannins. It ends with lingering fruit and a touch of yeasty spice.

This bubbly golden ale poured with a rich and thick white head. There is a banana and yeast aroma typical to many of the Belgian style tripels and srong ales. The aroma reflects the underlying flavor, which is banana ester, spice and yeast. It’s a cecent brew, but not particularly outstanding.

Thanks to goryshkewych for scoring me a bottle of this. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Nose is yellow apples, yeast, pepper, booze, banana-ish, and light fruit. Flavor is more apples, yeast, and pepper with a bit of gentle bite. Manages its alcohol well and has a light-medium body with tripel notes, but unique.

Bottle from Malt & Vine. No. 232 out of 480. Pours a lightly hazy orange cold with a good fluffy off-white head. Aromas are soft light fruits, banana ester and some yeast/spice. Medium body with very mild carbonation. Flavor is fruit of all kinds. This is the first beer where I’d buy bubblegum as an aspect. It’s mildly astringent, starting towards sweet, ending towards dry, with a lot of hot bits in the finish. Not much heat. The fruit confusion ends mostly on a light stone fruit note. Fairly clean, definitely refreshing.

Pours a fizzy yellow. Nose is spicy yeast, clove, cinnamon, bubblegum, banana and black pepper. Flavor is sweet candy, caramel malt, yeast, biscuit, clovey, spicy, peppery, banana, gummy.
