Bottle from Prufrockstar - thanks Chris! Pours a bright clear amber with a nice white head, some white lacing as well. Nose is big resin gooey hops, pine and grapefruit, with a nice malt smell as well. Nice taste - lots of different hops hopping around on my pallet. Nice grapefruit rind bitterness finish. Does not taste like 9%.

Bomber, extra from Chris. Bitte hop aroma. Herbal Touch of citrus. Very bitter. Has the bitter hop oil taste you get from hopslam.

Clear and golden with a nice head. Crisp up front; rich texture in the middle; and somewhat drying and warming in the finish. Bready malt base balanced by bright and juicy hops. Lots of grass, flowers and tangy citrus. Tasty beer.

Fantastic. Bottle from beer junction Seattle. Resin and pine notes. Hops are the star here but also has quite a nice malt backbone that balances this beer very well. Very good alternative to pliney.

Bomber - low on the citrus tropical fruit bombs I love in DIPAs. Fairly light bodied with lots of carb. Drinks like a single or even just a pale ale. Ok.

On tap, Pours a golden light orange color with a medium white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of pine, citrus, grapefruit and resin. Tastes of all the same things in the smell with slight mango there. Mouthfeel is oily but creamy with great carbonation and a dry finish. Not as good as I remember a few years back but still one of the best local double ipas around. Seek the seeker!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap @ Collins Pub. Pours bright translucent golden yellow with thin white head. Aroma is just a hint of malt and big juicy citrusy, piney fresh hops. Taste is light pale malt with huge hops on the back: big earthy fresh hops with notes of grapefruit, orange, and pine. One if the least malty DIPAs you’ll find, and slightly thin bodied, but plenty of flavor to balance the hops. Only slightly sweet, not the syrupy malt bomb some are. I usually like those, but this is delicious - right up there with Stone Enjoy By for fresh DIPAs.

Screw top growler from trade with michaelinwa filled on 9/14. Pours a bright golden orange color with a medium foamy head that normally and leaves great lacing. Aroma is pungent and perfumy herbal hops with some citrus and malt. Taste has a light sweetness and strong bitterness. Very herbal with some grapefruit, oranges, grass and pine. A nice malt flavor makes it through too. Finish is sweet and smooth, even a little juicy. Medium body, some oiliness in the mouthfeel. I’m pretty impressed with this. Really glad I got to have it out of a growler also. Thanks Mike!
