Sep 29, 2002 Unimpressive abbey ale. Just a slight sweet flavor. Nice dark color, not much head or aroma. This brewery needs to kick it up a notch with all their beers.
called Father Wimmer’s or something like that (allegedly a brewer from a pre-prohibition American Trappist brewery). Needs some aging, some more hops, and a broader malt profile
