Commercial Description:
Our German -styled altbier starts with a racy aroma of caramelized malt, earthy, noble hops and a restrained fruitiness. It's rich on the palate with notes of toffee and biscuits leading to a pleasantly hoppy, dry finish. With it's beautiful copper color, intriguing aroma and wonderful balance you'll soon see why we call it "Alt for the night."

This wasn't that good at all. The only thing that was decent was the color. I think it may have been a bad batch so I will have to try it once more and re-rate it.

(Draught) Beige head with a cloudy amber body. Nutmeg and cinnamon nose. Strong nutmeg taste. Nice occational winter seasonal - one pint at a time...

A faint ginger and nutmeg aroma on this beer, coming out nicely in the mouth. Nice dark amber in colour.

Peppery alt aroma and flavor. Light brown color. Drinkable session beer. Nothing out of the ordinary.
