Had this one @ CBF 2010. Black colored brew. Whisky and coffee in the aroma. Flavor has vanille, coffee, soft tones of whisky, smooth palate.

Draught at CBF 2010. High creamy and lasting creamy light brown head. Pitch black body. Smoke choccolate wood malt whisky aroma and flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long aftertaste.

Tasted Copenhagen beer festival. Aroma of wood, coffee, chocolate and fruit. The taste is very dominated by oak. A beer is not quite in balance.

Draught @ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2010, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.
Clear dark black color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige to light brown head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, burnt, smoke - peat, dark chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, smoek - peat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100507]

Pours completely black with a small, creamy, beige head. Aroma is sweet, smokey, roasted malts and dark chocolate. Medium carbonation, good dry mouthfeel. A bit on the thin side. Flavour is sweet and malty, some chocolate, lots of peity, oaky smokiness. Just a tad too peity for me.

Tap @ Copenhagen ’10.Tap @ Copenhagen ’10. Sharp woody and peaty. Vanilla in taste. Great vanilla palate. Sweet vanilla fills the mouth. Biggest surprise of the festival for me, awesome!

Draught. Pitch black, nice creamy steady light brown head, really nice. Lovely aroma of roasted malt, smoke, wood, and whiskey. Great mouthfeel indeed. Lovely roasted maltiness, wood, whiskey, smoke and vanilla in the flavour, really really tasty brew!

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2010. Pours black with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose and flavor are heavy roast, chocolate, soy and coffee. Oaky, oily and vinous. A bit of dark fruit and smoke. Very good.

aroma is roasted stuff, smoked peat, vanilla, wood, whiskey. flaovr is peat, whiskey, vanilla, sweetness, oak. Fantastic flavor.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a one finger thick, creamy and chocolate brown head. Aroma is roasted malty and light vanilla. Mild smoked and wooden flavoured to a sweet dark and roasted malt base. Lingering malty and dense chocolate into a dry and dark finish.
