COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

Had this at room temperature so it had nothing to hide behind. Predominantly malty and sweet, but very light overall. Well made for sure, but a little bland! Finish is short and sweet. creamy low carbonated mouthfeel

Poured from a 500 ML bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. This beer has a nice golden bronze color with a large white head. This ale has a smell and flavor of bread, malt and some fruit. The beer is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. I thought this beer was much better than what I anticipated.
