Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

Bottle 500 ml at home, poured into a Guinness big glass, ABV 4.4% Nice looking clear beer, deep orange copper to very light amber in colour, with two fingers of slighty off-white head, very thick and soapy, with such a great retention. Medium thick wall of lacing formed around the glass. Aroma of toasted malts, a bit of caramel, butter, hops, biscuits. Taste has a nice bitterness, quite intense, with long duration and hints of biscuits, caramel malts, english hops. Quite dry on the palate, smooth and creamy, medium thin body, good carbonation. Overall an easy drinking bitter, quite good.

Clear copper colour, medium carbonation, slick and smooth. Pleasing, prominent peppery hops, followed by light caramel and succulent citrus. A subtle, pleasant woodiness on the after-taste. Very drinkable, would certainly have it again!

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light creamy malt, hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a malt hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A decent session beer.

hohops (226) - Kent, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2014
Appearance- clear, amber, big white pillowy head which leaves loads of lacing. Lots of aroma- zesty, zingy, lime, lemon, floral hints, citrus. Taste- fruity, smooth, hint of bitterness, orange peel, bit of carbonation, hops. Bitterness lingers for a bit. Not bad, better smell than taste.

Pours clear, amber, with small dappled off-white head. Aroma has whiffs of caramel. A bit too much carbonation, leaving the finish astringent. Fuller-bodied than a typical ale.
