Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

BOTTLE 50CL. Look: dark amber and clear with a tan medium rocky head with avg. retention. Aroma: Malty/grainy, toffee/caramel, a light acid or/and mineral note. Taste: toffee/caramel, candy, maybe some fruit, light pleasant bitterness, light acidity well masked behind the malts. Some toast.

Bitter decente: amara, floreale con una nota caramellata; secca e gustosa. Forse davvero una pecora nera tra le bianche bitter mediocri sfornate in quantità industriale.

Decent enough pasteurised beer. A bit floral, a bit of bitterness. OK. Not as good as cask. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500mL Bottle from Coop. 4.4% Dark brown pour with a foamy tan head with decent retention. Aroma is roast malts. Mild carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel. Light bodied. Taste is heavy on roast malts, mild caramel sweetness. Finish is dry, but well balanced. A good bitter.

Bottle. The smell of hops, a little bit malty, light bitter. The white creamy head has a normal size and a long duration. The body is dark red to brown. The taste is a little bit bitter (hops), later on light malty. A rather soft taste with a long and bitter finish. The body is light, creamy at the beginning and than bitter with a soft carbonation.
