"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

Bottle from Tesco. Light Brown in colour, very clear, single finger head. Heavy Carbonation. Aroma of malts, tree, piney, tomato almost. On the taste, a lot of malts, strong hops, lemon. A lot of bitterness on the finish, very nice.

500ml bottle pours nice deep bronze color with bright white head that slowly settled to a lasting thin 1/2 pencil head. The aroma was malty with a hint of fruit hut all in all the aroma is low with a very little citrusy hop presence. Taste is malt forward rich bread and caramel notes throughout the palate. Bitterness is strong which leaves a nice dry finish. A very refreshing sessionable beer that is one on my favorite English bitters I had while in the UK.

Christmas gift. Pale amber with a good white head. Aroma is dry malty and slight zest hop. Slight dry bitter Taste. A bit on the fizzy side, definitely more suited to cask. Nice plain bitter.

Xmas present bottle at least it wasn’t an Old Tom; clear amber pour with a big frothy white head, malt and a hint of citrus aroma, taste has sweet malt, caramel, a hint of citrus, inoffensive stuff.
