COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

500ml bottle from bierzwerg! The beer has a beautiful dark yellow color. The smell is very sweet. The beer starts good spicy and very unusually harsh. Tha aftertaste shows very long-drawn bitter hoppy. Dry and very hoppy-spicy finish!

A hazy copper-brown pour with a white head. The aroma is floral but also with some apple fruitiness. The light body has lively carbonation. The beginning is slightly sweet but it quickly becomes dry and bitter. It leaves a cotton feeling in the throat.

500 ml bottle from Jonathan Ron Brielle. Poured a clear reddish/orange body with a few large clinging bubbles on the bottom of my New Belgium tulip and an average sized rocky off white head. Aroma is nutty, fruit skins, grainy bread and a hint of copper. The body is very thick and full and although the carbonation is only of average strength the carbnoation is made up of extra large bubbles so the carbonation is slightly overpowering. Flavor of nutts, dough, lots of dry grains and a slight hint of dry chocolate powder. Sessionable.

Bottle, London. Pours clear copper. Nice sparkling fontain. Shiny white head. Good retention. Nose has hints of caramelized bread, Overall watery and thin but very clean toast flavours and very clean bitterness as well. Well balanced and a good style example.

Long dry and bitter. Alittle metallic and synthetic but Has a clean crisp bite. A cold beer that lacks much warmth and drinks like hoppy spring water. Smells of minerals and grapefruit. An interesting beer due to it’s carbonation. Kind of reminds me of the mouthfeel of a stout but with completely different taste.

500 ml bottle at The Royale. Pours a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, dank, leafy hops, yeast, butter, and bread. Flavor of caramel malts, wood, grass, grains, minerals. Light-bodied, with sharp carbonation and a grassy, woodsy mouthfeel. English bitter without much smoothness.

Bottle poured at RIFT English Pale Ale tasting. Strong mineral nose, hop oriented. Pours a moderate gold-amber, with lots of quick-fading head. Heavy carbonation is most noticeable. The flavors seem very bland to me. Some dry malt, a bit of hops in maybe the lemon vein, but nothing outstanding. Bitter finish.

Light aroma but definitely some orange and dried fruit. Yellowish head. Creamy and a little sour, but very mild. Slight bitter finish.
