COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

hohops (126) - Kent, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2014
Appearance- clear, amber, big white pillowy head which leaves loads of lacing. Lots of aroma- zesty, zingy, lime, lemon, floral hints, citrus. Taste- fruity, smooth, hint of bitterness, orange peel, bit of carbonation, hops. Bitterness lingers for a bit. Not bad, better smell than taste.

Russo (1635) - Campinas, BRAZIL - APR 11, 2014
Amber color with an off-white head that keeps a nice lace. Aroma is malty and sweet, notes of caramel and some hops. Flavor is like aroma. Light to medium body and carbonation with a dry finish.

uckelman (195) - Baden-Württemberg, GERMANY - MAR 29, 2014
Pours clear, amber, with small dappled off-white head. Aroma has whiffs of caramel. A bit too much carbonation, leaving the finish astringent. Fuller-bodied than a typical ale.

sarauckelman (131) - Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, GERMANY - MAR 29, 2014
Pours golden amber with not much head. Not much aroma, there’s just a hint of hops and a hint of something like sugar or caramel. Taste is mostly bitter, and the bitterness overwhelms what might else be there. As a result, the palate is a bit puckery. The overcarbonation from being bottled also doesn’t help.

Pours amber with a frothy white head that shortly fades away. Aroma of caramel, malt and cereal. Taste is bitter, caramel and roast malt. It’s very nice.

Une bonne bière anglaise, plutôt légère. DE bons arômes et une finale plutôt sèche.

Bottle. Pours a lovely deep golden color, frothy off-white head, excellent retention and lacing. Nose is malt, grass and slightly metallic. Mouth is medium bodied, malty and bitter, bread dough, soap, cereal. Average.

50 cl. bottle @ home, gist from Rick. Pours amber with a thick off-white head. Has a distinct hop aroma reminding me of weed. Nice bitter and malty taste and a surprisingly full body given its ABV.
