COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

Bottle at home. Light copper orange. Loose whte head that persists as a bit of a scum. Aroma is mineral, engish yeast ester, nutty dull malt. A little fruity hop comes through in the flavour. More mineral, solid bitterness. A little rusty penny. flabby palete. Average.

Amber color with thin beige head, taste initially is caramel and hops. Aroma ismusty, leather, wet grass, some drief fruit. Finish is dry with some lingering bitterness on the palate. Slightly oily mouthfeel. I can’t palce it, but something seems to be missing....

(50 cl bottle from Warwick University Conference Centre Bar; No BBD) Pours a clear, dark amber with medium, off-white head. Good retention and beautiful lace. Decent regeneration. Aroma is malty with notes of biscuit and grain, hoppy hints of tea and herbs and a tinge of honey. Oily texture, medium body, medium carbonation and. Pleasant, slightly bitter finish. Flavour is very well balanced with a delightfully fresh bitterness that is accentuated by the malt backbone.
