COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

medium amber with perhaps hints of red, slightly hazy. Nice off white head. Malty aroma--slightly musty. Hints of apricot. Nice hops at the end.

Väldigt god, mörk med choklad smak lite lik Young´s Chocolate Stout men inte lika mastig

A little bit fizzy. It mostly has a bitter taste but there’s a slight sweetness to it as well.

This one goes out to my friend William Tucker who is turning 30 today - may his day not be bitter. 16.9oz bottle - pours a murky pale brown with tan head. Nose is caramel and nutty. Flavor adds basement aroma, orange, and grassy hops. Taste is bitter, but more sweet than the style would suggest. This beer reminds me of a 7 year old trippel I once had and that is a good association (in my book). Overall, pretty mild and easy to drink.

When I visited London a couple of years back I’d get thirsty and grab something off the shelf in the supermarket. This was the one that did the job the best. It was not as rich as I’d like it but sure served as an ’appetizer’ for more to come as I was quenching my thirst between tourist attractions.

Amber with a heft white head. Caramel aroma mixed with toasted grains. Smooth and pleasant to drink, it is very dry, with slight hints of sour fruit and caramel. Finish is some earthy hops. Decent Bitter.

50cl bottle. Pours amber with small white head, steady lacing, light carbonation. Light malty grainy aroma, touch of citrus and a bit of sweetness. Taste is big on the malt, slight caramel & honey, bit of chewy graininess, slight citric hop bitterness to finish. Dry but refreshing. Not bad from the bottle, but a real winner on cask.

From bottle. Amber with short lasting head. Aroma of caramel, slight metallic edge. Taste has caramel, ash, metal, slight floral hops. Slightly sweet with a dry finish. Not offensive but struggled to finish.

There’s a fair bit of malt on the nose with just a bit of fruit, maybe citrusy? The taste is a lot lighter, with some fruit at the beginning before some mild hops come through at the end and, yes, as the label says, it’s a fairly dry finish. It’s a nicely balanced beer with reasonable length. Goes well on a Summer’s day (even if it is raining right now).
