Commercial Description:
Available filtered and pasteurised in 500ml bottles.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Distinctive balance between the flavours of fruity Golding variety hops, Maris Otter malted barley and demerara sugar. Strong and refreshingly long, dry and bitter finish."

Pour slowly from the bottle to get a perfect head. Easy-drinking and refreshing bitter. Fresh hoppy aroma, nice bitter aftertaste. Very plesent beer in colour, aroma and taste. Those who complain of a big head from the bottled drink aren’t pouring it properly, however it is quite carbonated.

Bottled.Bright gold, with a firm white, long lasting head, impressed with the appearance. Rather lacking in aroma, very slight hint of hops. Lack of aroma is made up for on the palate /flavour which explodes with well balanced malt & hops, finish lasts...long lingering citrus hops.Dry and clean, seems to be typical of Black Sheep...well made bitter.
