2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Big, frothy, lasting off-white crown atop a finely beaded, orange tinged copper body that has just a little haze to it. Nice zesty, floral notes on the nose with hints of fresh baked white bread, caramel and sticky marmalade. Frothy, foamy mouthfeel. Relatively light bodied and subdued for flavour. Bitter orange and floral hop notes in back. Short, floral and mildly plasticy swallow that has just a hint more orange and pine wood. Very subtle toasted malt front. The fermentation gives it a typified Black Sheep nuance that I canít quite pin point. Becomes more and more citrussy as it goes, with a quenching dryness to the finish. Not bad, just didnít excite me the way good bitters do!. (50cL, BB 28/02/12, Thirsty Camel, Butler)

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
A great beer. But then again I like golden ales so I'm probably gonna like it. It pours a medium dark amber hue with hints of red. It's got a very wet feel to it.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a golden amber with a thin white head. Aroma and taste is very similar to the standard Black Sheep ale. A little more wet cardboard associated with oxidisation in this one though. Not my cup of tea.
