COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Originally available only in pasteurised bottles at 4.7%. Subsequently introduced as a cask ale and now a regular. ABV is lower in cask at 3.9%.
Golden Sheep is a beautifully balanced Blonde cask beer, with a dry and refreshing bitterness. It develops with light, citrusy fruit flavours, and a clean, crisp finish. Brewed using time honoured methods and fermented in our Yorkshire Square vessels.

Cask at some working mens club in Stockport watching my Dad do a gig. Clear golden brown with thick creamy off white head. Malty caramel aroma, some floral hops. Flavour is similar. Not bad actually but not very me.

Light hazy tan, bubbly head. Light body, generally refreshing but perhaps too much caramel and not enough hop. Disappointing, from a brewery whose products I normally enjoy.

Golden with a white head. Taste was OK but a bit sharp towards the end. Oily texture, a little bit thin. OK but not amazing.
