The_Jester (493), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada Sep 30, 2006 500 mL bottle. Amber with moderate head that mostly disappears. Smells like yeast and bruised apples. Me no like. Not so much going on with the taste. A little sweet. Bitterish finish isn’t bad.
Finn (1085), Tromsø, Norway Sep 2, 2008 Bottle 0,5l. Golden brown colored. A rapidly disappearing fluffy head. Sweet fruity aroma. Flavor with hints of orange. Some bitterness in the finish. A bit one dimensional. redlight (1048), Winter Park, Florida, USA Aug 26, 2008 draft. Citrus grassy hops on the nose with fresh cut apples. Pours pale blonde with a white head that last some time. Sweet bready malts up front followed by an earthy bitterness, with a slight resin flavor in the finish. It finishes dry and crisp. A pretty good ESB all in all, good session beer. boFNjackson (512), Portland, Oregon, USA Aug 26, 2008 Bottle... Poured copper, orange with a real thin white head that diminished immediately. Floral aroma with some spicy hops and buttery, malt grains. Leafy, herbal hops lend towards a warm malt balance. Alright flavor, would make a good session ale but it’s a little over priced for that. jason (1506), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 23, 2008 Draft. Poured a hazy golden body with thin head. aroma is light hops and caramel. Flavor is caramel, light hops and malty. thewolf (3651), Kolding, Denmark Aug 21, 2008 Bottle, bought @ Vinspecialisten, Kolding Storcenter.
Pours amber with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma er mild caramel, a bit of fruitiness and good grassy and flowery hoppiness. Low carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is mild, some good peachy fruitiness and a mild chocolate and hoppy bitter finish. Quite alright.
