| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 4, 2010 Tried this beer while on Beer Quest 2010 with the guys. This was beer number 36. Sweet honey and malts. Didn’t get to pour. Very drinkable. votzer (8), Hixson, Tennessee, USA does not count | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 1/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 2, 2010 Light malty aroma, poured a medium amber color with a light head that quickly left with little or no lacing. Found both the initial and final flavor to be light and of short duration, carbonation was light and fizzy, a creamy texture with a light finish. The names neat the brews an easy drinker with little to bring you back. obguthr (1079), Poquoson, Virginia, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Dec 31, 2009 Light malt aroma. Clear amber, no head. Watered down flavor of typical English malts. This must be the macro of English bitters. Rustyham (598), miami, Florida, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Dec 28, 2009 nasty dirty water flavor that has some decent malt hidden somewhere in the back. The aroma is weak and the palate is thick only in that malt liquor sort of way. Stale bread smell plus cottonmouth does not a good time make. Bottle from Sunset Corners, Miami. bluebetty (147), Australia
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 27, 2009 Bottle. From Pete for Christmas. Pours a deep orange with slightly orange very dense head. Leaves some lacing. Aromas of biscuity malt and some hops aromas. Nothing really dominates though. You can really taste the malt with some caramel and some hops on the finish. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 22, 2009 Lighter than I expected. Golden color with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and bitter but very light. Flavor is sweet, fruity with an odd earthy flavor and bitterness. Light and not that great flavor. Lingering off flavor for me. ComradeK (73), Australia
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 22, 2009 500ml bottle. Not the best beer I’ve ever had, although far from the worst. It lacks much bitterness or carbonation, in the way of most English beers, and is overall somewhat flavourless. It is, at least, inoffensive. The name and label are the main reasons to try this beer. weihenweizen (71), West Virginia, USA
