3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A deep dark translucent brown with a thick moka head. Aroma of brown sugar, butterscotch, and plums. In mouth, a smoky oily malt, with light sweetness, and light British hopping, with nice sustained nuttyness. Medium bodied. Bottle is actually almost a year old, from Capflu if I recall (so from BC) and still a good quaffer.

Nice dark amber colour, leaning into black. Plenty of hoppiness in the aromas, even some bread appearing... Quite a powerful taste, leaning towards a stoutiness with plenty of hops. The aftertaste leaves a nice caramel impression.
