Sep 30, 2007 Cast @ "The Wharf", Aalborg - 2nd Cask Festival. Dark brown colour. Roasty aroma with some hop hints. The flavor is roasty with some nut and and a bit of coffee and hop bitterness.

Very dark ruby brown. Coffee and maly aroma. Strong sweet malty taste. A very rich roast. The guys at the Black Sheep stand had intended to serve this with a sparkler - shocking!

Aug 29, 2007 Cask@GBBF2007. Rubyish amber colour, big beige head. Aroma is caramel, wood, some hints of vanilla and a bit coffee. Flavour is really oaky, and wooden with some bittery and slightly roasted notes.
