Bottle as Sainsbury’s Yorkshire Bitter. Pours copper with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is floral and malty. Med body, almost. Flavor is mostly floral hop with some very nice light roasty malt. It’s dry. It’s bitter. It’s very good.

I really like this. Aroma is all caramel. Taste is deliciously balanced: bitter and yeast, more caramel. Rounded. Very very like the standard Black Sheep, but I think nicer. Will buy again. Nice surprise.

To read the method that this is produced under is interesting enough, as for a beer itself it is golden with a strong bitter character in both nose and taste.
