Draught. Nose is complexwith pear and apricot notes followed by a rich funkiness. Very deep and earthy. Clear gold with a small white head. Opens crisp and bright with that same deep funk penetrating but not contrasting the fruit and floral tones. Beautiful. Thick but spicy on the tongue with layered flavors.

(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, grains of paradise, lemon, and cereal. Flavor of lemon, florals, passion fruit, grains of paradise, mango, orange peel, and dried apricot.

Lively orange yellow color. Dense white head lasts 2 minutes. Bright effervescent aroma of wheat and hops. Very tart flavor. Dry on the palate. Strangely satisfying. Full flavor but very light bodied. Its a little sweeter than I prefer but still plenty malty and hoppy to want another.

The beer pours a hazy golden color with a large white head. The aroma has quite a bit of wheat and grains of paradise in it, as well as some nice lemony tartness. A very nice aroma, reminiscent to that of a Berliner Weiss.
The flavor also has some very nice tartness to it. There are some nice lemongrass and grains of paradise notes, all complimented by a strong wheat component. The beer is extremely refreshing and would be the perfect beer to drink on a hot summer day.
Thin body and low to medium carbonation.

(Draught) clear gold, very few bubbles. Nose is tart, gold raisins, lemongrass, grains of paradise. Taste is tart, raisins, wheat, cranberry, grains of paradise, light body, and refreshing. Linger of wheat.
