2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours clear but copper. Gorgeous looking. Aroma is a strong toasty malt. Taste is pretty thin. Malty. Not the off putting coppery flavor I normally encounter but it is pretty dry and not burnt. Just not a style I like much. Body is also thin.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours an orange-red color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the candy sugar with some Belgian yeast notes as well as some toffee malt. The flavor is a mix of caramel and toffee with some yeast notes. I also get some sweetness from the candy sugar as well as a little bit of chocolate. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Cloudy amber, smallish white head. Grainy aroma. Pretty light.malty, but a clear presence of hops. A drinkanle amber, as most are not. Could serve as dinner if you’re really hungry.
