On tap at the brewpub. Orange pour with a small white head. Aroma is super grainy and a little floral. Taste is more grain, pleasant, a little hoppy, and a bready finish.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a pale gold color with a small white head that settles into a lasting ring. Not much in the aroma or flavor; very light. Notes of dry grains, pale malts, light leafy hops, minor sweetness. Light-bodied, with a dry mouthfeel and modest carbonation. Like they say, good brew for the summer if you’re in the heat. Otherwise, not much to it.

Tap at brewpub June 2012-pours orange with a small fizzy off-white head. nose is faint citrus, carmel malt grains. flavors are crisp bitterness, leafy hops, very SNCA-ish however, its probably the best clone of SNCA i have ever had! Lite apples in the malt profile-didnt tasted infected, maybe slightly under attenuated. really long dry earthy leafy hop finish with firm dry bitterness. well done!

Amber with a frothy whitish head. Aroma of florals, spice, and pale malts. Taste is very mildly bitter, but nice, and it fits well with such a refreshing, light bodied pale ale.
