3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Mora2000 (4042) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUL 22, 2012
On tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat, as well as some light lemon notes. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of tart lemon notes, as well as some wheat and a little bit of sourness. Very refreshing. Thin to medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 kidmartinek (2452) - austin, Texas, USA - JUL 20, 2012
Very hazy, creamy yellow color with a great white head that lasts. It smells good, mostly like peaches which dominate the flavor as well. Its very tart and the fact that this is a beer only occasionally gets through. Either way I’m enjoying it. It looks great and tastes refreshing.

Golden amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of fruit loops and wheat. Taste wasn’t as sweet as the aroma suggested. Light bodied.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 onceblind (2535) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 12, 2011
GABF 2011. Clear pale gold with a small head. Sour light fruit aroma of apple, banana, barn funk, and apricot. Big-ish body with a big sourness. Flavor was not too bitter or hoppy, nor malty sweet. Just sour fruitiness with a little spice.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 mmmbeer (1154) - Austin, Texas, USA - SEP 1, 2011
Served in a shaker at the joint- low carbonation light golden yellow color, zero lace. Aroma of wheat, light yeast, and Saaz (? euro-hop). Hits the mouth with a very light body, gummi peach sensation in the front, which becomes sugary towards the end. Very slight sourness on the very tail end. Very one dimensional brew. While I’m sure Austin will have it’s own RB gathering soon, it’s not going to be this brew that will have everyone coming down here for!
4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 HopDropandRoll (6) - - AUG 29, 2011 does not count
70+ days in a row of over 100 degree temperature. Waterloo to the rescue!
Tart, highly carbonated, and low alcohol make this one of the most refreshing beers in Austin. Seems like they drew a lot of inspiration from Dogfish’s Festina Peche - and that’s fine by me.
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20 slimchill (1044) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 20, 2011
Draught. Mild aroma of musky peach. clear gold with no head. Good sourness, well balanced by grain and fruit sweetness. Simple and clean, immensely drinkable.
