Very nice. Good carbonation. I found a good balance between sweet and tart.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates completely and quickly. Aroma has a nice crisp, sweet and tart apple that is well balanced. Flavor starts with sweet apple but finishes with crisp tart apple and a bit of an earthy note.

Pale yellow, sparkling, minimal head fades fast, quick swirl brings ton of carb bubbles. Crisp green apple, pear, very clean, none of the normal phenolics. Faint alcohol. Flavor is nice combo of sweet and tart apples, apple skins, pear. Slightly sweet at times. Champagne like carbonation.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 badgerben (4116) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - OCT 13, 2010
Pale, clear yellow color. Tart and honeyish apple aroma. Though it doesn’t look very carbonated, it certainly is, almost to Champagne levels. Dry apple flavor. Slightly tannic. Moderately tart.

750ml capped courtesy of tytoanderso...thanks man! Pours a very light straw yellow with a sligh green tint to it and just a few bubbles rising from the bottom. Green apples and reisling with faint soap. Crisp and light with tight faint carb. Green apples, slight tannins, white grapes, semi dry. Easy drinking and refreshing on a warm night. Thanks again Ty.

750 mL bottle - extraordinarily pale color, almost off-white rather than a straw color. like white grape or white wine, and despite a moderate carbonation level there is barely any head. dry apple aroma, slightly medicinal or phenolic but not overtly alcoholic. somehow, artusory’s rating nearly mirrors mine - i was going to note some Riesling characteristics as well. the flavor is much sweeter than the aroma would indicate, as there seems to be a lot of extra sugar left over. enjoyable, particularly on this unseasonably hot october night, but "refreshing" is about as well as i can score it.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 ryan (3068) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - MAR 23, 2007
Clear and very light color, almost like white grape juice. The aroma is sweet, with lots of apple juice and a touch of perfume. The flavor is sweet with apples, pears and a bit of a Riesling. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, light acidity, crisp. Decent, but far from a great cider.
