COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Don’t get thrown by this one coming out of the tap handle!! While dark in color, this Brown ale has a remarkably light mouth feel making it a great beer any time of year. The malt profile showcases hints of caramel, roasted nuts and cocoa. Just like the Rodeo Announcer says…. “Let’s make him feel a little better on SATURDAY NIGHT!!”

Growler - brought from Sheridan from my second cousin. Very dark brown pour, sticky egg shell colored head that leaves a nice coat of lacing. Clean, sweet aroma of brown sugar and molasses. Flavor has a nice nutty essence to it with some faint licorice accents, some toffee and a bit of chocolate to round it out. Mouthfeel is rich and creamy. Pretty solid brown ale.

Growler poured a clear reddish brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of cocoa, carmel, nuts and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, cocoa and liught nuts with a crisp carmel finish.
