Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A premium full strength bitter, a tawny full bodied beer that is rich and sweet with the aroma of ripe hops and fruits. A mellow, smooth copper coloured ale that provides that something extra. A beer to drink when there's time to savour the flavour.

Cask at Ealing beer fest. Aroma is sulphury and yeasty, theres some apply character too. Taste is similar, reminisant of green king yeast.

A reddish, copper coloured beer with a weak white head. Zesty, citrus fruit nose, a little like that is a Sauvignon Blanc, with a hint of hop. The taste is light, and dry, a little malty, then the zesty lemony, white wine flavour comes through to a crisp, citrusy finish. (Cask - The Ouse Amateur Sailing Club, King’s Lynn, Norfolk).

Very nice, a little sweet, not really a bitter but nice in aroma. A little dark, and bubbling foam.
