COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
5.4% a blonde IPA in the traditional style using lots of english hops for a big bitterness. Yet still very session able. If you liked IPA Noire then meet its blonde sister.

On cask or was it a bottle from Cloisters. Anyway, it’s blonde to light amber with a decent haze and a nice head. The nose and palate both give the citrus hops plus maybe some pine and the familiar mineral water taste. The palate is light to medium in body with a similar weight of texture in the middle section and a clean finish. Overall, not bad.

[cask at Cloisters Bar, Edinburgh] Pours slightly hazy peachy orange, with a white head. Sweet and floral on the nose, plenty of soft stone fruit. On the taste, slightly more citrus notes as orange comes in, before the bready malt arrives. Decent enough [15112012]
