Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are light cereal malts with melon, gooseberry and green leaves. Spicy, clean and fairly lager-like. Flavours are biscuit and cereal malts with yeast and apple fruitiness. Lightly nutty with a zesty lemon with a dry, hoppy finish. A very good lager replacement.
