This Belgian IPA is a very non-traditional style of beer. It is a mixture of two different styles: Belgian Ale and American IPA.
A Belgian Ale is usually very malty with strong yeast characters, while an American IPA is usually very hoppy and bitter. Our Belgian IPA is brewed with German malts, a blend of American and European hops, and Belgian yeast. It is a rich, golden yellow color. It has an earthy, tropical aroma, which is primarily from the blend of the hops used. The initial flavor is slightly sweet and fruity from the Belgian yeast strain, with a pleasant, bitter finish.
