ridiculously fresh taproom short pour. unfiltered hazy gold with a white head. the simcoe aromatics just POP... intensely leafy/grassy with pine and mango fruit and bubble gum. the pale malt gives ample support with a soft and frothy texture that allows the simcoe to drive completely: medium high bitterness with heavy juicy fruit / bubble gum sweetness and a cheesecloth mustiness that borders on funky. montana IPAs are the shit.
