Harmon (3), Helena, Montana, USA does not count Sep 28, 2005 Light clear copper color, good and hoppy with a nice balance of malt. I have had this on tap numerous times and it is very consistant in style and flavor. Braudog (3463), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates May 23, 2007 Several drafts at Finn & Porter, Missoula: Yellow-orange, moderately laced. Tight hoppy aroma, very floral. Sweet and tangy like and orange rind (bitter) and mandarin orange (fruit). Light yet extremely flavorful. (#2936, 5/20/2007) Canadianlush (169), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA Oct 7, 2007 This was the best IPA Ive had in months. On tap at Jakers in Great Falls, Montana, it poured a nice golden yellow but could use more head. Terrific hoppy flavor is strong but not overpowering like so many IPAs. Sweet citris taste come through and give great balance to the beer. If I lived in Montana this would be a regular choice. douglas88 (818), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA Jun 8, 2008 Updated: Jun 9, 20082008 NABA. On draft. Pours a very interesting orange color with a small white head. The aroma was quite nice; mostly floral hops and light malts. The taste was really nice; a really good helping of Cascade hops, which was not really bitter, but very tasty and was balanced well by the malt presence. I have to say I really liked this beer, simple in some ways, but very well made. BückDich (4559), Boise, Idaho, USA May 2, 2006 Draught at The Rhino Pub in Missoula, MT Poured a cloudy brownish/orange color with a nice creamy white head and excellent lacing. The nose is fresh and bright with some citrusy hops and a smooth malt body. The flavor is very nice with a full body provided by the marris otter along with a moderate hop bitterness in the finish. I liked this IPA, more focus on the malts without forgetting to throw in enough hops.
