Ungstrup (11692), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 9, 2008 Bottled. A deep red beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and spices, as well as a slight alcohol burn on the tongue and in the throat. The acidity in the nose could stem from a slight infection. Thanks fonefan and Brugmansia for sharing.
