Bottled. A deep red beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and spices, as well as a slight alcohol burn on the tongue and in the throat. The acidity in the nose could stem from a slight infection. Thanks fonefan and Brugmansia for sharing.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours hazy brown with a huge light tan head. Spiced, herbal and slight alcohol note. Flavour is malty, light caramelish and roasted. Light sweetness too. Smooth finish with an alcohol presence and a lingering spice note.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Clear reddish brown with a lively, beige head. Sweetish aroma of overripe fruit, nuts and alcohol. Quite full-bodied, plenty of nuts and roasted malt and dried fruit. Bitter finish. 031008

Bottle, 8%. Slightly roasted and sweet malt aroma, hint of paper. Slightly hazy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour has a nice roastedness, quite maltyand slightly sweet. A bit vinous. Good alcohol level to balance.
