Gravicask (Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2010)
Oh, come on. This is just a clove bomb. Not much else to say. Dark red brown in colour. But apart from that, it’s just cloves everywhere. Mystical, my arse.

Cask (gravity dispense). Beer #6 at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival on 21 January 2011. Dark red. A real spice bomb. Cloves come through strongly in the aroma and flavour. Also some bitter herbal notes. Just too much for my taste - everything else seems rather swamped. Fine if you like the spices but not my scene at all.
