Cask, gravity, at St Neots Beer Festival ’10. Pale gold with a small white head. Hairy malt aroma with a little underarm. Quite a pleasant sweet malty taste. V
ery slight bitterness, Not a huge amount going on, but still very acceptable.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of brettanomyces and fruit. THe flavor is sweet malty combined with an acidic edge, which leaves a slight burn in the throat, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks fonefan and Brugmansia for sharing.

A golden orange coloured beer with a thick white head. A light fruity hop nose, orange and grapefruit, plus a touch of biscuity malt. A dry hoppy taste, citrusy fruit flavours, particularly grapefruit, and a hint of lemon. there is a biscuity malt flavour after that cuts through the zestiness towards the end, The finish is dry.
