Had this beer on Tap at Blackrocks in Marquette. One of the best IPA's I have ever had. Pours a orangeish color with a white head that laces nicely down the glass. Very fruity taste and smell. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy golden hue with a frothy white head. Easy on the palate. Enjoyable flavor. Will have again if I can find it again.

Reviewed from notes. From the can into a pint glass, the appearance was a slightly cloudy, golden-amber color with a one and a half finger white foamy head that dissipated within about forty five seconds. A decent amount of stringy lacing stuck and then slid into the body. The smell had a sweet grapefruit, strong piney hops, becomes slightly tropical and then lets in an ample amount of caramel-esque to slight biscuit malts. The taste took the previously mentioned flavors and added a light zesty grapefruit peel. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable quality about it. Its got a slight crisp yet dry finish. Overall, Id say this was a pretty good IPA Id take to the dome again.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2014 Can: Thanks, Jason. Slightly cloudy, golden-amber body. Lovely, frothy bone-white head on top; bubbly, with great staying power & a nice lace trail. Aroma of sweet grapefruit perfume, mild hop pungency, a bit of pine, some sugar cookie malt sweetness, & a light touch of tropical-esque fruitness, perhaps tangerine would be the best descriptor. Voluptuous, juicy aroma. Flavor of orange zest, grapefruit peel, light pines, grass clippings, a touch of perfume, & a little bit of ashy hop lingering in the finish. Malt isnt quite crystal level, but injects a hint of sweetness to back up the hops. Towards the end of the glass, I get more tropical, pineapple, & juicy orange at the front of each sip. Lightly spicy, earthy hop aftertaste. A really nice IPA.

This poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma was grapefruit, tropical and resinous. Flavor was orangey, resinous, and light mango. Pretty solid IPA here.

Can. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of pine with some grass, a touch of bitter citrus and grain backing. Flavor has notes of pine and touches of grass and resin backed by sweet grains.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a fluffy white head. Hoppy piney, citrus aroma. Flavor is orangey and bitter but not overly. A bit of alcohol heat comes through at the end but pretty solid.

Very aromatic with strong citrus, tropical fruit, and light pine flavors. Has some slight burnt sugar flavors near the finish which really round out the entire profile.

This yellow/orange-colored beer is foggy with a white head and a nose of pine, soap, and somewhat fruity malts. It smells light and invigorating with a nice hop presence. Its oily in the mouth, and the flavor is a great combination of hops and lightly caramelized malts. It has balls on it cottony, but theyre balls. Cotton balls. A flavorful, bitter character owns the finish. Its refreshing, but strongly flavored, satisfies hop cravings and hydrates beautifully.

Can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a decent head and aromas of papaya, lemon and a little mango. Flavor is a very nice mix of tropical and citrus fruit with a kind of dusty grain presence from the malt, which lends a little bit of flabbiness to the beer. That said, the nice hops presence helps the beer rise above the malt.

12oz can pours a hazy golden orange with a large off-white head. Aroma of fruity and and citrus resinous hops. With a lighter sweet fruity caramel backing. Clean cut and to the the point on the taste. Sweet caramel to an intense fruity resinous hop and finishing on an easy to swallow bitter note. Really nice!
