COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Alter ego to the Kolsch and traditionally produced only 50 km down the Rhine River from Cologne (the home of Kolsch). This copper-colour ale is conditioned for an extended period to produce a clean-tasting beer with an aromatic hop presence, a firm creamy head, medium body and a dry finish.

Caramel looking body with the standard short head. A fairly malt beer and would expect a little more bitterness to come through, biscuity then nutty, medium carbonation, light spicy, has layers of flavour but leading you nowhere.
