This beer is a floral, citrus punch in the nose! A froth that be bottled or draft is evenly white and thick, (it should be with the huge tea bags of hops itís brewed with!) A chewy IPA that has no match, others will seek itís balance and match with futility. Malt and Zythos hops are well balanced and the EtOH that comes forward simply makes you admire the tumbler itís in and yearn for the next pint.

An excellent big hop IPA. Dark orange color with a modest head. Smells of citrus / pine. Taste is loaded with malt and hops. Two thumbs up!

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2013 12 oz. from Downtown Wine & Spirits. Pours orange with a thick white head and dense lacing. The aroma is sharply hoppy and resinous. It?s pine forward with citrus notes secondary. The palate is viscous, almost feels like a double IPA in the mouth. Bitterness is long and residual with notes of grass, herbs, and just a little melon. Good solid IPA.

Cloudy dark orange body that throws up a tall off-white head. Hop aroma of grapefruit and pine resin. Solidly bitter flavor profile. The malt sweetness is there in a support role, but the hop bitterness has this well checked. Bravo for Blackstone. The best beer Iíve had from them.

Hop bomb explosion. Sweet smell complex mix of malt and citrus/pine combo. Amazing rip your head off IPA.

West coast IPA with cascade, centennial, and simcoe hops. Citrus on the front and piney on the finish. Tastes crisp, sweet, and quite bitter.

This is a great IPA with nice citrus and resiny hop flavors with a nice sweet, crisp malt backbone. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This poured an orange color with a white head. The aroma contains some caramel, pine, and oranges. The flavor is bitter with a nice malty presence. Bitter orange and caramel showing up. Aftertaste is also bitter. Overall this is a good beer.
