This poured an orange color with a white head. The aroma contains some caramel, pine, and oranges. The flavor is bitter with a nice malty presence. Bitter orange and caramel showing up. Aftertaste is also bitter. Overall this is a good beer.

1 Apr 2014, bottle. light orange, clear, no bubbles, frothy head. nose is big grapefruit hops. med/full body and moderately fizzy. peaches and grapefruit. sweet enough to balance big hops. I really like this. It’s virtuality the perfect IPA based on my preference for a full bodied, sweet IPA

Tasted on 4/15/14 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Frugal MacDoogal. Pours clear dark orange with a thick off-white head that slowly recedes to thick, rocky and sticky lace. The nose is full of pine resin hops, a touch grassy, with a nice caramelly bread malt backbone. The flavor is about the same, this is an IPA on the sweeter side with plenty of caramel malt up front, finishing with some nice hops bitterness. The body is medium with a sticky texture, average carbonation, and a long bitter resin and grassy hops finish.

Adam Bomb is a classic American style IPA. Bright orange to copper in color with a nice foam head, it smells citrusy and floral. Bright fresh hops. On the palate it tastes fresh and just reminds me of a classic IPA. Not overly bitter or sweet. Refreshing as can be. Great beer year round. Easily the best effort that I’ve tasted from Blackstone. Well done guys.
