Hazy, light golden pour with a white head. The aroma has some light citrus with some earthy notes. It has a light body with watery texture and average carbonation. The taste is mildly bittersweet, but only for second before it quickly finishes smooth and easy.

Bought at Krogers on Broadway. Clear golden with lots floating. Medium beige head. Aroma: Pine, citris. Flavor: Grapefruit/lemon, bread. Bitter finish. Most people don’t realise that the south is well known for its PA’s and IPA’s. North Carolina is probably best known but do not overlook Tennessee.

Maybe I got a bad bottle but this beer just tasted awful. No desirable qualities.

Smells like bread crust. Nice drinkable pale ale with a splash of lasting lemony orange hops. Nothing special. Thanks Erin.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Suttree. August 2013 Week 1 notched on the side of the label. The pour is a clear golden copper orange with a crackling ˝ inch off white head. The aroma is soft citrus peel, along with a bit of floral and some slightly sweet malt. The taste is the softly bitter citrus / orange peel, followed close behind by floral grass, and finishing with a husky cracker malt that carries the finish, getting a tad earthy mineral in the long finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, dry mineral finish. Nice Pale Ale, thanks for sending this my way Phil.

12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of a good amount of citrusy and floral hops plus a decent amount of pale malts. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. For the style, it’s a pretty good beer.

Clear golden amber with a long-lasting 1/4" white head and swirls and dots of lace. Taste is caramel malt that stakes out a spot only to give way to enough pine hops to bring things beyond a balance. All seems uneven until the last bits of the finish, when the malt reappears for an encore. Good stuff.

On tap at Mellow Mushroom during Memphis beer week. Hazy golden color. Aroma is hoppy, some citrus. Taste is hoppy bitter, more than expected with an APA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
