Kind of an average aroma. Some malt liquor to it. Looks fine. Pretty dry right away. I liked this. Smooth with a good crispness as well. Tasty tasty.

12 oz. bottle from jbrana- thanks again, Justin! Pours a clear, pale golden color with a small, quickly dissipating white head that settles into a film and ring. Some rising carbonation bubbles but not as many as in the APA. Aroma of straw, grassy hops, pale malts, and crackers. The flavor follows the same lines- a lot of pale and crackery malts, grass, and straw. Light-bodied, with a clean, crisp mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Decent Kolsch.

Light, very little aroma. Refreshing texture with a bit of everything. Finish of mild hops and carbonation.

Clear yellow with good effervescence. Mild nose of cereal and yeast. Palate is light and clean with cereal flavor. People seem to hate kolsch on this site, but i think this is good for the style.

12 oz. Clear topaz with a small ring of bubbles. Aroma is honey, lemongrass and earthy grain. Flavor is honey, toasted grain, and a bit of lemon and dry grass on the finish. Light body has medium-high carbonation and is to the sweet side.

Draft. Golden pour with a thin white head. Scent is bread and lemon. Taste is herbs and spices.

Pours a clear yellow color. Lots of bread. Not a great beer really.. mostly a personal opinion. Kolsch beers do not suit my fancy

Appearance: Pours clear yellow with a big white head and lots of lacing
Aroma: Malts, fruity and lemon
Taste: Light caramel, lemon and dirty water
Drinkable but not very pleasant.

12 oz bottle to a footed pilsner. Pours golden with small white head. Floral hops and grain. Nice spicy sweet flavor and true to the style. I think these guys are getting there.
