Bottle: (5.2%, 18 IBU) Nearly clear, light gold with a tall, bright white head. Honey, grain aroma. Light honey, grain malt flavor. Soft, light and clean..... Man, I really liked this beer....I could quaff this all day, everyday... Nothing overly special about it, but it just pushes the right buttons for me as an everyday sessionable beer.....

Poor version of a Kölsch. Low on flavors and aromas with just a wee bit of fruitiness at the opening. Fairly pleasant on the palate. Not bad but forgettable.

A really nice Kolsch! Pours a nice clear yellow with a light white head. Nice quiet aroma head left a bit too early. Good carbonation. Gentle flavor with good mix of malt and hops, nice bitter as you swallow. Great fullness in the mouth. Why did I only get one to bring home???!!!
